The Blindside is based on a true story. Micheal Oher has been a foster kid for 17 yrs. One of his friend’s fathers enrolls him in a Christian School saying he is a very good athlete. Mike meets SJ at school. They become good friends. One day after a Pre-Thanksgiving school festival, SJ’s mom, Leigh, offers him a place to sleep when he sees him shivering along the side of the road. Mike starts to become part of the family. He joins the football team at school and catches the attention of many college coaches. To get accepted, Mike needs a 2.5 GPA, and right now it is too low. Leigh hires a private tutor for him, Miss Sue. He raises his GPA to 2.52 and has to choose which college to go to. He finally chooses to go to the University of Mississippi, “Ole Miss”.
I really liked this movie. I saw it in the movie theater and I have the DVD. I think everyone, including Dahsen, should see this movie.

I loved this movie (: I saw it in theaters(twice) and I bought it on DVD too. It’s probably one of the best movie’s I’ve ever seen. Definitely my favorite for now! I loved the essay Michael wrote to raise his GPA to 2.5…Okay,I’m done talking now.

This movie has been the best movie I have ever seen; Besides Percy Jackson and The Olympians. The Blind Side is MUCH MUCH MUCH better though. Except the guy that portrayed Michael Oher had to lose 100 pounds just to play Michael. When I learned that I thought it was very mean, but the movie was ahmazing!!! (:

I have not. Probably won’t. I’m not a big fan of romantic sappy movies… Boring!
